J. John Henderson, Partner. John's practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Real Estate, advising and counseling businesses, and civil litigation. John's estate planning career began as a professor for the University of Illinois, where he helped educate Illinois farmers about estate planning in order to protect family farms. He has practiced in Lake County since 1968.
Donna R. Henderson, Partner. Donna's practice focuses on Civil Litigation and Construction Law, and has extensive experience with complex litigation. After graduation from the University of Illinois law school, Donna worked as an assistant State's Attorney in Champaign and Lake County and as a clerk for the Honorable Glenn K. Seidenfeld of the Second District Appellate Court, before joining her husband in private practice.
Tory Henderson-Staudt, Associate.Tory's practice focuses on Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Elder Law. Tory is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Tory has extensive experience in the insurance and construction industries.
Reid D. Henderson, Associate. Reid's practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Consumer Protection and Elder Law. After graduating summa cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in 2005, Reid worked in the Financial Institutions Group at WilmerHale, LLP advising financial institutions on privacy, consumer protection and mortgage-related laws and regulations.
